I waited about a year to write a review because I was curious to see if the effects would die down (like they have in the past). I had a spider phobia and I was treated and I can easily work in the garden and do so many things I could not do before! I didn’t think it would have a lasting effect. I also took the package where i can have “touch ups” which I find really cool. Have not needed it though. She’s so gentle and really listens to you. Grateful to have been treated. Loving my experience with Sonjali at West Island Hypnosis Center! It has been so helpful to many aspects of my life

I came to Hypnotherapy a little skeptical, which I think is common. Even after my first session I thought… no way my brain won’t accept this stuff. But right from the first week things began to shift. And it was all smooth sailing from there. Sonjali is so direct and keeps things in track. She is open and empathetic but keeps things in a forward momentum. Not to mention the guarantee! There’s no doubt I was ready for this type of support in my life. I think if you’ve tried other avenues but still feel like you aren’t getting where you want to go, this is a highly successful choice.
